Jaalin Harvey is a born and raised Tampeño. He was raised near 40th Street in a small middle-class African-American community. Harvey loves Tampa and Hillsborough County and sees it as his duty to help everyone who lives there be informed about what is going on in their community. When he is not writing, you can most likely find him at home playing his Nintendo Switch, eating at one of the local restaurants, or in Orlando, experiencing some of their theme parks; especially EPCOT, given that’s his frequent haunt.
